SUGGESTED USE:
Hempstro Whole Plant Peppermint Flavour spray contains approximately 180 spray servings and can be taken day or night.
Shake well. Spray 3-6 times under the tongue, hold for 60 seconds, then swallow. Use 2-3 times per day. Do not exceed 70mg per day.
